How much GIN costs: the real numbers

$1,650 at the door, $150 a month, Major Events $1,000 to $3,000 — from someone who has paid all of it for fifteen years.

Joining

$1,650 up front. That's a $1,500 initiation plus your first month's $150 dues. It's what I paid at the end of 2010, at full price, and it's the standard door charge today.

Staying

$150 a month in membership dues for as long as you stay. You can cancel anytime.

Advancing

Levels one through eight are released. Level nine is open for upgrade and comes out this fall — I'll be there for Level 9, Part 1. The published intention is to reach twelve. Costs of the higher levels are confidential to members.

Major Events

Price these in. Major Events typically run $1,000 to $3,000 each. You get one free when you join, and there are usually early-bird specials that take a substantial chunk off.

What the money buys

Straight from the membership page, here's what's included at the entry level:

• All thirty Dream Processes — free (a $90,000 stated value, with free annual viewing at Dream Weekend)
• All thirty Leadership Processes — free ($90,000 stated value, Leadership Weekend)

• And, in the club's own words, "other undisclosed benefits and perks" — which, having climbed the levels, I can confirm is not filler

The bargain

Run it this way. Say you join, stay one year, attend Dream Weekend, Leadership Weekend, and Family Reunion, collect all ninety processes, work through level one of the Success Mastery Course and the Science of Personal Mastery Course — and then quit. For the level of personal development and transformation you'd walk away with, that's the bargain of the century. But by that point you're not going to quit. You're going to love it too much.
